Jainism is not a religion, rather a way of life.

Jain monks have for centuries worn masks(muhapatti) to prevent saliva from spreading. Precisely why we are wearing masks in this pandemic. It is one of many "health-giving concepts" woven into the Jain belief system. Some other Jain principles that you might have heard or embraced unknowingly are Non Violence, Minimalism, Intermittent Fasting & Vegetarianism. This furthers our belief that Jainism is simply a way of living a happy, peaceful, healthy & helpful life.

These are the principles we promote & support through our charitable trusts:-

Vegetarianism - An extension of the principle of non violence where harming/killing another living being to fulfill our hunger is neither humane nor in the interest of humanity. We find it immoral to benefit from someone else's suffering both professionally & personally. Here is a link to an article by Stanford University on the economic chaos the world is in by consuming meat - https://plato.stanford.edu/entries/vegetarianism/. We strongly propagate & promote vegetarianism and have partnered with many NGOs to further this cause.

Holistic Education - As investors we are now embracing ESG - Environment, Social & Governance. Ironically this has been highlighted thousands of years ago in Jainism. Here is a link of Economics of Mahaveera which forms the basis of our pursuits https://file.jainworld.com/JWEnglish/Acharya%20Mahapragya/Economics_of_Mahaveera_006926_HR6.pdf. We are proud to be associated with Jain Vishva Bharati University, Acharya Mahapragya Mahashraman Education Research Foundation & iBelieve where these teachings are being imparted to one and all.

We ensure that organisations that we associate with our extending services to all spheres of society & not limited to any religion/ caste/creed/gender. They are institutions inspired by the Jain philosophy & not to support Jains.
